Lewis Rawlinson

Hello, I’m Lewis. When I was 16 I started working in my local pub as a pot wash and quickly realised I enjoyed making the food rather than washing up, so my head chef taught me some basic skills and I became better and moved up in my job roles. After 4 years of working at The Crown, I left to do a ski season where I worked in a chalet hotel ....
